The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android tablet won't hit the streets until next month. Nonetheless, the company distributed 5,000 special edition tablets to the attendees at Google's I/O this week.

.The Galaxy Tab 10.1 inch one of the thinnest 10 inch Android tablets around. It has a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. The review unit has 64GB of storage, but the retail units will also be available with 16GB and 32GB of storage. The special edition unit doesn't have a microSD card slot, but future models are expected to have one.
The tablet has a 7000mAh battery and reportedly gets an all-day battery life. Your experience may, however, differ depending upon how you use the tablet. The reviewer was impressed with the overall performance of the tablet and reports that it is one of the fastest tablets available today. In fact, the reviewer goes to the extend of calling the Galaxy Tab 10.1, the best Android tablet so far.
On the flip, the cameras, reportedly, aren't all that good. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has two cameras - a 3.2 megapixel camera on the rear side and a 2 megapixel camera on the front side.
